1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BLKRIP PRODUCTION services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
BLKRIP PRODUCTION provides video production, editing, color grading, sound design, VFX, and related creative services. The specific services will be detailed in individual project contracts.
3. Project Contracts
Each project will be governed by a separate contract outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to individual project contracts.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each project contract. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work, with final payment due upon project completion and delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables as specified in their contract. BLKRIP PRODUCTION retains the right to use project materials for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions and Changes
The number of revision rounds will be specified in each contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
BLKRIP PRODUCTION liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
